By using the Judge This! app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
Judge This! is a party game for entertainment. A host runs a sequence of in-person tasks and games and assigns points subjectively; players join from their phones and watch a live leaderboard. Scoring is intentionally subjective and is part of the fun — it is not meant to be fair, objective, or final beyond the game itself.
You are responsible for any text you enter, including display names and custom tasks. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, and not to use the app to harass or harm others.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Such content may be removed and access may be terminated at our discretion.
You can report a display name or a custom task from within the app — use the report control next to it, which opens a message to us. You can also email support@judge-this.com directly. We aim to review reports and remove objectionable content within 24 hours. The host of a session can also remove a player from their game at any time, and all session data is automatically deleted within 12 hours.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or end access to the app at any time, including for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
